PINEAPPLE SORBET

INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole cut pineapple
- 9-10 Mint Leaves
- ½ tbsp organic or wild honey
- 1tsp of lemon juice
- Pinch of black salt
METHOD
Take the cut pineapple and freeze it overnight
Add the frozen pineapple to the blender next day along with mint leaves, lemon juice, honey, black salt, 1/4th cup water and blend it well
Pour in freezer safe container, freeze for 3-4 hrs and its ready.
