CHIA PUDDING

Chia seeds pudding is a tasty and easy way snack which takes less time to make it.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Chia seeds are filled with omega -3 fatty acids which promote heart health.

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp dry fruits
Some berries

HOW TO MAKE
Soak some chia seeds in water overnight
Add 1 cup of milk to it
Top it with dried fruits
Serve it with some berries like strawberry, pitari, blueberry, raspberry
