Crunchy Egg Bites

A great start to the day makes the entire day energetic. There are different ways of cooking eggs and one among them is these delicious crunchy egg bites. Eggs along with a coating of breadcrumbs make the perfect crunch that will supercharge the morning and supplies essential nutrients.

Nutritional benefits
Eggs contain the highest biological value for protein and are great for muscle building. They are good in protein and are also filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • 1 teaspoon besan for coating
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Method:

  • Take a small bowl and add in the egg, salt, pepper, and chilli powder; beat well to mix.
  • Take an aluminium pan and add in the mixture and place it in another pan that contains water.
  • Allow it to boil till the egg hardens with the steam for about 5 minutes.
  • Now cut the eggs in broad matchstick shapes, dip in besan, then milk, and lastly coat with bread crumbs.
  • Allow it to air fry or fry on tawa with little oil
  • Enjoy with chutney of choice
