Cauliflower is a very light vegetable which is high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in them.
Ingredients –
- 40 grams cauliflower
- Fresh or dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
- Take a pan and roast the cauliflower florets until a slightly brown texture is attained.
- In a saucepan, heat oil and Saute garlic and add roasted cauliflower to it.
- Then add lime juice along with all the spices and mix well.
- Serve hot.
