Chilli Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Chilli garlic roasted cauliflower is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a Nutritional benefits –
Cauliflower is a very light vegetable which is high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in them.

Ingredients –

  • 40 grams cauliflower
  • Fresh or dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –

  • Take a pan and roast the cauliflower florets until a slightly brown texture is attained.
  • In a saucepan, heat oil and Saute garlic and add roasted cauliflower to it.
  • Then add lime juice along with all the spices and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
