Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 200 grams each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium tomato (about 100 grams), finely diced
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  • Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

  • Spoon the bruschetta mixture over the grilled chicken breasts before serving.
