Ingredients –
- 1 chicken breast
- Basil leaves
- 20g parmesan cheese
- I/2 slice mozzarella
- Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste

Method –
Make pesto sauce by grinding basil leaves, parmesan cheese, and garlic cloves together.
Put some pesto sauce on pounded chicken breasts, and layer the slice on top.
Fold it into a roll, secure it with a toothpick, and cover it in oil before putting it into the oven.
When cooked, cut into pieces and serve.
