Roasted sesame carrots make for a crunchy flavoursome snack, which are ready in just a toss.
Nutritional Benefits:
Carrot has vitamin A, K and beta carotene which helps build bone strength. Sesame seeds are considered as a good source of calcium & dietary protein, with high-quality amino acids making up 20% of the seed.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Add thickly sliced carrots with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
