Broccoli and Almond Salad

A new salad that is oh so satisfying. You will fall in love with this one for sure.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Broccoli
- ⅔ cup red capsicum
- 5-6 almonds
- 2 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix hung curd and olive oil for dressing.
- Put broccoli florets, capsicum, and almonds into the salad bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing, put salt and black pepper according to taste and serve.
