Easy and simple to prepare these protein Pancakes are perfect for breakfast giving a punch of protein.
Nutritional Benefits:
Banana gives energy and is good in potassium and helps in blood pressure levels. They can aid digestion and help beat gastrointestinal issues. Curd on the other hand is good for gut area. They make a great protein rich breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 20 grams yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
- 10 grams oat flour
- 10 grams whey protein powder

Method:
- Start by taking a clean mixing bowl, add and whisk the eggs whites, banana, yogurt and honey, well to combine.
- Then add oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, flaxseed powder and protein powder until combined. It can also be blended in a blender.
- Preheat skillet and spray on some cooking spray and pour the batter depending on a desired size of a pancake.
- Cook it for a minute and flip.
- Serve it while topping it with bananas.
