This recipe is an ultimate combination of fresh Jamun and yogurt. Raita is served in many forms as an accompaniment for various food items.

Nutritional Benefits

Jamun is a rich source of Vitamin C which provides you with antioxidants and builds immunity. They also are a good source of dietary fiber which helps to reduce the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Both curd and cumin powder helps in curing indigestion and gives a cooling effect to the digestive system.

Ingredients

  • 30 grams Jamun
  • 60 grams plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

Method-

  • Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
