Guacamole with Pomegranate Pearls

This vibrant Guacamole with Pomegranate Pearls adds a refreshing twist to the classic avocado dip. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams ripe avocados (about 2 medium avocados)
  • 50 grams diced cherry tomatoes
  • 30 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 small minced garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • 40 grams pomegranate pearls (seeds)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Procedure:

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
  • Add the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt to the mashed avocado. Gently mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Fold in the pomegranate pearls carefully to avoid breaking them. This will add a delightful crunch and burst of sweetness to your guacamole.
