This Golden tonic is a super healthy tonic to sip upon which provides your body with ample benefits.
Nutritional Benefits:
This golden tonic helps in the digestion process, Helps to get rid of bloating and also boost up your immunity levels. It is also said to accelerate the weight loss process.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/4th teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/4th teaspoon turmeric
- 1 finely grated ginger piece.
- 1/4th teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 lime wedges
- 1 cup water

Method:
- Take a pan and put water into it.
- Simmer it over medium heat and add tea bag, thyme, ginger, turmeric, honey and apple cider vinegar.
- Reduce the heat and stir to mix well.
- Refrigerate it for around 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with lime wedges.
