  • 15 grams yogurt
  • 50 ml low fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 grams blueberries
  • 20 grams strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar


  • In a medium sized bowl, add yogurt, milk, coconut sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk all these together.
  • Take an ice tray and place each berry separately.
  • Now spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruits and freeze until they solidify.
