Fresh Raspberry Yogurt Bark is a delightful and refreshing treat that’s both easy to make and satisfying. This frozen snack combines creamy Greek yogurt with the tartness of fresh raspberries and the crunch of nuts and chia seeds, creating a healthy and indulgent option. The vibrant raspberry pieces add a burst of color and flavor, while the chia seeds and nuts provide added texture and nutritional benefits.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams Greek yogurt
- 100 grams fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (example: almonds, pistachios, cashews)
Procedure:
- Spread the yogurt evenly onto the parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Scatter fresh raspberries over the yogurt. Gently press them into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
- Sprinkle chia seeds and chopped nuts.
- place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
