For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams custard apple
  • 100 grams banana
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 15 grams raisins
  • 15 grams chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure:

  • In a blender, combine the custard apple, banana, yogurt, almond milk, raisins, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract,, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if desired.
