Crunchy Walnut Salmon

Crunchy Walnut Salmon is a delightful blend of tender salmon topped with a crisp, flavorful walnut crust. Ingredients:

  • 200 grams salmon fillets (2 fillets)
  • 30 grams finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix the olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
