DIY Electrolyte Drink

This DIY Electrolyte drink will give you rejuvenated feeling and a soothing effect and brighten your skin like nothing else.

Nutritional Benefits:
Coconut water is rich potassium and is low in sodium content. It is also rich in antioxidants that can easily hydrate you. Whereas lemon is high in Vitamin C and antioxidants that can easily give a quick boost to your immunity.

Ingredients:

  • 20 millilitres coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon water
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 bag green tea

Method:

  • Boil water in a pan and add a green tea bag in it.

  • Mix well and serve.
