Egg Veggie Omelette

This Omelette is a nutrient-rich meal, combining high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals in a single dish.  The beaten eggs are mixed with a medley of fresh vegetables, seasoned to taste, and cooked in a skillet with a touch of olive oil. Topped with sesame seeds, the omelette has a delightful crunch and a nutty flavor. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 35 grams chopped onion
  • 25 grams of sliced capsicum
  • 25 grams sliced carrot
  •  10 grams spinach
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  • Take 2 eggs.
  • Add all the vegetables with the egg and beat them well. Add the seasonings according to your taste.
    Pour ½ teaspoon of oil in the frying pan and pour half the mixture in it.
  • Top it with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds and flip it.
  • Pour the rest half of the mixture and make the second serving.
