A simple, tart-sweet smoothie with antioxidants from grapefruit and flaxseeds, vitamins and minerals from spinach and natural sweetness from apple.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams grapefruit
- 20 grams sweet apple
- 15 grams spinach
- 50 ml almond milk
- 5 grams flaxseeds
