Peachy Apple Smoothie

Want to start the morning with a floral sweetness? Then you must try this peachy apple smoothie that gives you the sweet punch and goodness of both the fruits. Also, a perfect drink to have in the monsoon as a snack.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced peach
  • 1 sliced apple
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • Pit and slice the peach. Core and slice the apple.
  • In a blender, combine the peach slices, apple slices, milk, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
