Today is World Water Day that celebrates the existence & importance of water. The way earth is covered by 70% of Water similarly our body comprises 60% water. But its prominence as a nutrient is discounted. Our minds are so fabricated with the sight of delicious food that we forget the vitality of fluids. To prevent our body from getting dehydrated, it is essential to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day that comes to around 2 litres. It’s a natural source of optimal refreshment.

1. Aid in digestion – Our body reacts strongly if we just keep on eating and don’t focus on water consumption.
