Also, a well-balanced diet helps you remain at a healthy weight. As a result, your risk of developing obesity-related diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, is reduced, which is a leading cause of blindness in adults.
  • Cease smoking: – It increases your risk of developing cataracts, visual nerve damage, and macular degeneration, among other health issues. If you’ve attempted to break the habit in the past but failed, don’t give up. More attempts to give up increase your chances of success.
  • Shine with sunglasses: – The ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun might damage your eyes if you don’t use sunglasses.   • 3 times 20: – The 20-20-20 rule is a good way to prevent eye strain. At least once every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break from the screen to observe something at least twenty-five feet away. Relaxing the muscles that help you see clearly and concentrate the eye is aided by this easy exercise.
