  • Drink more water:
  • Water continues to be the best game for your overall health and also includes oral health. You should drink water after and before your every means this will help you flush out all the bad effects of acetate and sticky beverages and food in between your brushes.

  • Eat crunchy vegetables and fruits:
  • Ready to eat food can be convenient but perhaps not so much for your teeth. Try avoiding the overly Mushy processed foods, also stop cutting stuff into tiny pieces and keep those jaws working. Fresh vegetables and fruit as it not only contains good fibres but also is said to be the best for your teeth health.

  • Check with your dentist at least twice a year:
  • Even after taking absolute care of your oral hygiene, it is your duty to go and check with your dentist for cleaning at least twice a week. This will not only remove calculus but also look for cavities for any potential problem if there is any and offer you a suitable solution.
