Spinach Juice

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 200 ml water
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure:

  • Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  • Peel and chop the cucumber. Core and chop the green apple. Peel and grate the ginger. In a blender, combine the spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and ginger.
  • Add water as needed to help blend the ingredients smoothly. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. However, it is advisable to not strain the juice and have it as it is.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
    Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a lemon wedge if desired.
