For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for about 5 minutes.
 - Rinse the kale leaves under cold water and dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels. This step is important for achieving crispiness.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the kale leaves with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the kale is evenly coated.
 - Place the seasoned kale leaves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small. Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
 - Keep an eye on the chips, as they can burn quickly. They are done when they are crispy and have a vibrant green color.
 - Once cooked, remove the kale chips and let them cool for a minute. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

Procedure:
- In a large bowl or jug, combine the sattu with water. Stir well to dissolve the sattu completely. You can use a whisk to avoid lumps.
 - Add the lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt. Mix well.
 - If the drink is too thick, add more water until you reach the desired consistency.
 - If using, stir in the chopped fresh coriander leaves and finely chopped green chilies.
 - Serve chilled, over ice if desired.
