Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams  diced watermelon
  • 50 grams finely chopped cucumber
  • 20 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 1 small finely chopped red chilli
  • 10 grams chopped mint leaves
  • 10 grams chopped coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, chopped cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and red chili.
  • Gently fold in the chopped mint and coriander leaves.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and add salt to taste. Mix everything gently to combine all the flavors without mashing the watermelon.
  • Let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
