For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 piece of dark chocolate (unsweetened)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, ripe banana, and chia seeds. Add vanilla extract if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes if you prefer a colder shake.
