Normally SHAKES are beverages that can also be made in home by puréeing the ingredients in the blender. Smoothies are a good meal in themselves and are great as a morning breakfast.

INGREDIENTS 

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Cocoa powder. 
  • Jaggery for taste
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

DIRECTION

  • Transfer all the ingredients into the blender. 
  • Blend the ingredients 
  • Pour into glass and serve.
