We all believe that travelling is one of the great ways to relax but sometimes it can harm our overall health while making us all stressed out. Maintaining health on the go is slightly difficult as we often forget when to eat, how to sweat and lost in the world of rush up. The routine we follow during travelling can be detrimental to health and can also increase the risk of various types of diseases as well. Travel sickness cannot only derail our vacations and happiness but it can also drag us close towards various serious health issues while hampering the overall well-being.

Today, we bring you some tips that help you in staying healthy on your vacation mode.

Stretch out: Wake up and dedicate at least 5-10 minutes in the morning to a stretching programme and you will feel all charge up before your adventure. Start with your arms, legs, neck, shoulders, and back and you can feel the refreshing vibes in no time. This way you can minimise the risk of any pain while safekeeping your good vibes and revitalising feels.

Pace yourself: Don’t rush yourself while you are on travelling. Rushing out can put you at stress and tiredness. Make an itinerary of what you want to visit in one day. Slow down your pace and try to visit as per your capacity. Forcing yourself to visit can exhaust your energy levels. So, try to be active but within your limits. You can take plenty of breaks to enhance your energy, stamina and enthuse.

Don’t skip out meals: Skipping meals can make you restless while making you less energetic and low. Skipping meals while traveling makes you weak and can also create stomach-ache and headaches. So, it’s important to consume every meal right from breakfast to snacks to dinner.

Add fruits in your bag: Instead of consuming those processed foods you can add fruits in your bag and consume it as snacks. Fruits give you proper nutrients and won’t hurt your health like processed and sugary food items.
