For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 100 grams chopped fresh strawberries
  • 120 grams plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure:

Wash and chop the strawberries.

  • In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
