The humble caramelized apples are a wonderful delicacy cooked with coconut sugar and cinnamon. This is a perfect dessert for all those who have a sweet tooth. This recipe is made within minutes and is loved by all.

Ingredients:
- 50 grams apple
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 5 grams of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 5 grams of mixed nuts

Method:
- Start by cutting the apples into long pieces.
- Heat some ghee in a skillet, add in the coconut sugar and cook for about 2-3 minutes till the sugar melts completely.
- Then add the apple to the skillet and cook it while mixing with the sugar.
- Take a plate, add in the apples and sprinkle in some cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.
- Serve immediately by topping with chopped nuts.
