Bottle Gourd Dosa is a traditional dish from south Indian and is a healthy twist to regular neer dosa. Made with the goodness of cucumber, it is a well nutritious dosa to add on to your breakfast options.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams dosa rice (soaked)
- 20 grams bottle gourd
- 10 grams coconut
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method:
- To begin with grind together soaked rice from 2 hours, grated coconut and bottle gourd in to a smooth paste. Then add salt and pepper.
- If the batter is too thick then add water to adjust the consistency. Your batter is ready.
- Now grease the oil on the non-stick pan and pour the ladle full of batter in a circular motion. The batter will spread itself.
- The holes will appear which means the dosa is cooking. Let it cook from both the sides.
- When cooked, fold it with the help of spatula and serve.
- Enjoy with coconut chutney.
