Saucy Chicken Balls

Saucy chicken balls are a special snack recipe made with a blend of vegetables with delectable taste. With good taste, it also provides you with ample benefits. So, let’s know more about this recipe.

Chicken is a lean meat which is an excellent source of protein. It plays a role in muscle building and tissue repairing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 40 grams chicken
  • 1 whole egg
  • 20 grams red bell peppers
  • 20 grams onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method:

  • Firstly, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  • Then combine chicken, onions, minced garlic, ginger and eggs together. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Mix well and form small round balls.
  • Place these balls in the oven and allow them to bake for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add bell peppers, red chillies, vinegar and peppercorns. Add salt & pepper as per taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the chicken balls and mix well with the mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy.
