Ingredients:
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 40 grams chicken
- 1 whole egg
- 20 grams red bell peppers
- 20 grams onions
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chillies
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- Firstly, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Then combine chicken, onions, minced garlic, ginger and eggs together. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Mix well and form small round balls.
- Place these balls in the oven and allow them to bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add bell peppers, red chillies, vinegar and peppercorns. Add salt & pepper as per taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add the chicken balls and mix well with the mixture.
