Greek Feta Dip

A simple crowd pleasing Greek appetizer that can be prepared in minutes with tomatoes, cucumber, and little olive oil. This is best served with toasted and sliced baguette.

Nutritional Benefits:
Yogurt is a calcium powerhouse and a source of high-quality protein. It is nutrient rich because it is an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams Greek yogurt
  • 20 grams cucumber
  • 20 grams tomato
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 5 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt, oil, and lemon juice and zest until fluffy and combined. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and stir in dill.
  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a drizzle of oil.
  • Voila the dip is ready to serve.
