Ginger Curd

This curd has gingerly flavour that is best paired with rice, chapatti or breads. It is prepared within minutes and provides various health benefits. Ginger curd helps in boosting immunity and is a great way to add ginger for all the ones who do not like the taste of ginger.

Ginger is known to have various medicinal properties as it reduces the muscle soreness and pain that helps in arthritis. It is anti-inflammatory and helps in immunity system. Turmeric on the other hand, has anti-inflammatory properties and is used to cure cold and cough. It is beneficial in curing body pain and is very beneficial for our health as it helps to build immunity. Curd being a probiotic is good for gut health.

Method:
- Start by adding yogurt, grated ginger in a bowl.
- In a small skillet, add in oil to pop the mustard seeds, hing and grated turmeric or turmeric powder. Sautee for1-2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients to the yogurt.
- Pour in the turmeric mixture to the yogurt.
- Stir well and serve!
