Crunchy Walnut Salmon

The delicious crunchy walnut salmon is rubbed with a crunchy blend and then baked. This powerhouse meal is a package of nutrients and flavor. It can be served alongside sautéed vegetables as a side dish or a main meal. It is the perfect super nutritious supper that is served on the plate in less than half an hour. Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 05 grams bread crumbs
  • 5 grams finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
  • 50 grams salmon

    Method:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  • 2. Take a clean baking dish and spray with olive oil spray. Now place the salmon in the baking dish.
  • 3. Spread the mustard over the salmon fillet.
  • 4. Take a small bowl and mix chopped walnuts, bread crumbs, and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper.
  • 5. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the mustard mixture. Press the mixture into the salmon so that it sticks well.
  • 6. Depending on the thickness of your salmon, bake for 20 minutes and serve with some greens aside.
