CHICKEN SANDWICH

Sandwich is a recipe in which it contains vegetables, sliced cheese placed in between the bread ,that is nutrional and protein rich

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS
Chicken is rich in protein content and also contains some many minerals and vitamins in it

INGREDIENTS
60 gm cooked Chicken breast
2 slices of multigrain bread
3-4 olives chopped
1 mall stalk chopped celery
80 gm plain yoghurt
Some salt to taste
Black pepper

METHODS
Take the chicken breast and add the olives and celery to it and mix them well.To this add plain yoghurt and salt ,pepper for taste
Then transfer this mixture in between two bread and gently press them well
Then grill them for about 1 min they have cooked well
Cut them into two pieces and serve it
