Apple Kinnu Punch

This recipe is an amazing blend of apple and kinnu flavoured with cinnamon and lemon juice. Preparing this warm apple kinnu punch will help your body to boost your immunity along with keeping you warm and cosy. Let’s have a look at its nutritional values.

Nutritional benefits
Kinnu is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidant levels which helps in building up immunity. Apples can do a lot for you and your body, because of their fibre and flavonoids. They are low in sodium, cholesterol and are a good source of Vitamin C and fibre. Cinnamon is a very powerful Indian spice containing large amounts of polyphenol antioxidants.


  • 40 grams apple (juiced)
  • 30 grams kinnu (juiced)
  • 1inch cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 cloves
  • ¼ tsp pinch pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon Juice

  • Take a saucepan. Pour in the apple juice along with cinnamon sticks and cloves.
