Mini Sama Chawal Uttapam is an instant, easy to prepare, simple recipe. You can relish this dish at the days when you are fasting and pamper yourself with another delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams Samak Chawal
- 10 grams sago
- 1 small boiled potato
- 10 grams curd
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
- 3-4 Fresh coriander leaves
- Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon

Method:
- Make a thick batter using samak chawal and sago. Add cumin seeds, curd and fresh coriander leaves into it.
- Heat the pan and spread some oil on the pan.
- Pour the batter on to the pan and don’t spread it.
- Make small sized uttapams out of it and stuff it with mashed potato.
- Sprinkle oil on the sides and let it cook from both the sides carefully.
- Flip again until the plain side becomes little brown.
- Samak rice uttapams are ready. Enjoy it with coconut chutney or mint coriander chutney.
