However, many winter foods around us can help to keep the body warm even when it is going to be a little colder outside & also help to stay healthy in winter. Here are some magical foods which will keep you warm during the seasonal variations and you can find them easily in your kitchens too:

  • Dates: Dates are rich in iron, protein, calcium, and plenty of other vitamins which are essential to maintain good health and immunity. As winters are famous for a range of illnesses, adding dates to your daily routine will surely help to keep your body warm and healthy!
  • Broccoli & cauliflower: Cruciferous veggies like these are important for immunity during this changing weather as they are rich in vitamin C, which is known to boost immunity. They can fight off the cold and keep you active especially during this season.
