Squeeze half a lemon into a glass of lukewarm water and have it empty stomach in the morning. You can also add one tablespoon of honey. - Cinnamon Tea

Have half a glass of fresh wheatgrass juice at any time of a day to feel energetic. Wheatgrass juice is effective in deep cleaning of the body. If you want, squeeze a little amount of lemon juice and a pinch of salt for flavour. - Gourd Juice
After so much unhealthy food, you need something refreshing and healthy. Well, gourd juice is here to guard you against toxicity. You can boil the gourd before making juice out of it. Add ginger and lemon drops for flavour. - Coriander juice
