Ragi Oats Ladoo:
A great dessert for all the diabetics. It helps you remove your craving of ladoos, with added benefits of ragi and oats
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup of oats flour
  • 20 dates
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Cashew nuts
  • Natural sweetener (honey, jaggery)

How to make it?

  • Dry roast ragi flour, oats flour, cashew nuts together.
  • Take a dash of ghee in a pan.
  • Drag all the roasted materials in it.
  • Add the natural sweetener to it.
  • Add flavours like cinnamon, cardamom
  • Roast until it changes colour
  • Let it cool for sometime
  • Use your hands and turn it into a ladoo.

Nolen Gur Rasgulla:
Jaggery is one of the most famous natural sweeteners. Filled with the benefits of cottage cheese it is very easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lt whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 cups jaggery

How to make it?

  • In a saucepan pour the whole milk. Let it come to boil.
  • After it comes to boil add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to it. This will cause the milk to curdle.
  • Allow the milk to cool and strain the milk using a muslin cloth. A squeeze of the excess water.
  • Convert the cottage cheese into a dough and then into small balls. Try to avoid any cracks.
  • Now take another saucepan, add 3 cups of water, followed by jaggery and let it come to a boil. When the mixture takes one thread consistency to add the cottage cheese balls to it and your Nolen our rasgullas are ready!

Frozen Berry Yoghurt Bites:
This is another healthy dessert recipe for all diabetics. Berries act as an antioxidant and is also a natural sweetener.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of frozen mixed berry
  • 250g of 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make it?

  • Blend berries, yoghurt and honey in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it turns into a smooth paste
  • Keep the mixture in a refrigerator, scoop and serve chilled.

Sugar-Free Lemon Bars:
Sugar-free lemon bars are a great alternative for your sweet cravings.
Ingredients:

  • 1 squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp honey

How To Make it?
Take a bowl, pour the cornstarch, water and honey to it.

  • Whisk it until it turns into a paste.
  • Add the squeezed lemon to it. Whisk it again
  • Put it in the refrigerator and let it sit for half an hour.
  • Turn it into the shapes you like.

Lauki Halwa:
A traditional Indian dessert with the goodness of bottle gourd, which works wonderfully for regulating blood sugar levels.
Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups of grated bottle gourd.
  • 1 tsp of ghee’
  • 1.5 cups of low-fat milk
  • 1.5 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp of stevia or honey

How to make it?

  • Take a saucepan, add ghee and let it heat
  • Add the grated bottle gourd and mix vigorously.
  • Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Add milk and cardamom and the sugar substitute.
