∙ Multigrain bread- 1 (6” long)
∙ Mushroom- 20g
∙ Broccoli- 15g
∙ Capsicum (of any color)- 15g
∙ Coriander leaves- few
∙ Olive oil- 1 Tsp
∙ Oregano- ½ Tsp
∙ Black pepper- ½ tsp
∙ Salt to taste

∙ Take one multigrain bread and slice it diagonally.
∙ Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
∙ Take a pan, pour olive oil and sauté all the vegetables in it.
∙ Add salt, oregano, pepper according to taste.
∙ Grill the sliced bread. Put sautéd vegetables on the top.
∙ Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy.
