For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 20 grams fresh basil leaves
  • 10 grams fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small cucumber, diced

Procedure:
