Spinach and Mint Juice

Spinach and Mint Juice is a refreshing and invigorating drink that combines the crispness of cucumber with the vibrant flavors of spinach and mint. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams spinach leaves
  • 30 grams mint leaves
  • 100 grams cucumber 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juiced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger 
  • 300 ml water
  • 2-3 dates 

Procedure:

  • In a blender, add the spinach leaves, mint leaves, chopped cucumber, ginger pieces, pitted dates, and water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or jug to strain out the pulp.
  • Press the mixture with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Add the lemon juice to the strained juice and stir well.
  • Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.
