Ash Gourd Detox Juice

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 grams ash gourd
- 300 grams cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- Few mint leaves
- 1 cup water (optional, for desired consistency)
Procedure:
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks.
- Core the green apples and cut them into quarters.
- Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a juicer or blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and if the mixture is too thick, add water gradually until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour the green juice into a glass, squeeze a lemon in it and mix it well.
- Drink is ready to serve.
