Ash Gourd Detox Juice

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Ash Gourd
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 1/2 lemon
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1 cup water (optional, for desired consistency)
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks.
Core the green apples and cut them into quarters.
Cut the lemon in half, meanwhile peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
Place all the ingredients into a juicer or blender.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and if the mixture is too thick, add water gradually until you achieve the desired consistency.
Pour the green juice into a glass and its ready to drink
