Oats Panna

Oats is one of the healthiest grains and is high in fiber and provides various health benefits. This beverage can be a anytime drink of the year that contains the punch of fruits along with nuts and makes it a very nutritious beverage.

Nutritional benefits –

Bananas are good in potassium and help in blood pressure levels. Oats is a great source of fiber and is good for constipation and helps to lower the blood sugar levels. Apple is highly nutritious. That lowers the risk of diabetes and promotes weight loss. Pomegranate protects the body from free radicals and acts as an oxygen mask therefore is heart-healthy. Coconut is good in manganese and is good for bone health. They are good in antioxidants that protect the cells

Ingredients –

  • 10 grams oats
  • 50ml milk
  • 50ml water
  • 1 minced date
  • ½ teaspoon peppercorn
  • 10 grams mashed banana
  • 5 grams grated coconut
  • 5 grams mixed chopped dry fruits
  • 10 grams minced pomegranate seed
  • 10 grams mashed apple

Method –

  • Soak some oats in a bowl of water for 40-50 minutes and then mash them well.
  • Take a plate and mash in the banana and add oats in this plate and mix well
  • Take the rest of the ingredients and add in this mixture while layering each one.
  • Serve this oats panna anytime of the day
