Berry Blush Fruit Salad

Berry Blush Fruit Salad is a perfect refreshing side dish to be enjoyed with meals or during any time of the salad.

Nutritional benefits –

Watermelon is rich in Vitamin C, Fiber and low calorie fruit which is 70% of water thus is said to be very healthy and refreshing. Strawberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidant and are good for skin.

Ingredients –

For dressing-

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1-2 garlic clove
  • Salt as per taste

For salad

  • 20 grams of watermelon
  • 10 grams strawberries
  • 10 grams pomegranate
  • 10 grams blue berries
  • 5 grams feta cheese
  • 5 grams olive oil
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –

  • Take a large salad bowl and add watermelon, strawberry, pomegranate, blueberry, mint leaves and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Make the salad dressing by whisking together the olive oil, oregano, lime juice, garlic, salt and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well before serving.
