Apple Honey Pancake

Pancakes are breakfast jam. Apple honey pancakes is a no fuss dessert pancake for kids and adults with semi-sweet yet with the sweetness of apple and honey.

Apples are a popular fruit, containing antioxidants, vitamins, dietary fibre and a range of other nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 30ml apple juice
- 20 grams apple – cored and mushed
- 10 grams all-purpose flour
- 50 grams eggs
- 5 grams baking powder
- 2.5 grams honey
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt to taste

Method:
- In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture; set aside.
- In a small bowl stir together egg, apple juice, honey, and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture; stir just until combined, but still slightly lumpy.
- Lightly coat a non-stick pan. Heat over medium heat. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet
- Cook until pancakes have bubbly surfaces and edges are slightly dry. Turn pancakes; cook until golden brown.
