World pulse day is celebrated on 10th February every year to celebrate the importance of pulses. United Nations General Assembly has designated a whole day on pulses to spread awareness about them and their fundamental role in better aspects of life. They transform the agrifood systems into more efficient, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable, for better production, better nutrition, a better environment, and overall better life.

Pulses are tiny in size but mighty in benefits. They are definitely a source of protein. But they are easy to digest and easy on the pocket too.
