Following a specific routine might be boring for many of us when there are so many things in the world to try. From yoga to pilates and kickboxing to resistance training, these exercises can all help you to train your muscles and even tone them.

Yasmin Karachiwala is a Bollywood fitness trainer who has trained a lot of Bollywood celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and Kareena Kapoor. She is the first one to get BASI certified in pilates and establish the first pilates studio in Mumbai. She keeps sharing different fitness routines or workouts, to keep the followers engaged and motivated.

We all must have seen Yasmin Karachiwala working out in the gym or doing pilates, but we also know that she keeps trying things to make her workouts fun and effective. And this time it’s kickboxing. She had shared a video of her doing kickboxing on Instagram and we all can get a great amount of adrenaline solely through the video. Also, she is seen doing this session with EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation). This technique stimulates muscle contraction and further enhances muscle recovery and rehabilitation, and reduces loss of muscle mass. It can improve blood flow and increase the range of motion for tense muscles.
